All at once or bit by bit?
It’s entirely up to you whether you choose to complete the 10K distance in one go, or break it up into smaller distances to reach your target.
The main aim is to get out and get moving. Fitness is such a fantastic way to help build on and improve your wellbeing. Set yourself the challenge of the 10K distance and reward yourself with the 10K Happiness Penguin Medal.
